Shipping policy
Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During festive seasons or new launches, processing time may slightly vary.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to follow your saree’s journey.
Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- International Orders: Typically 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer refuses to pay customs fees and the order is returned, refunds (if eligible) will be issued after deducting return handling fees and any duties/charges applied by customs.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are absolutely accurate. REYA will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delays or Transit Issues
We work only with reliable logistics partners for timely delivery. However, if your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will coordinate with the courier and assist you promptly
